The Taste of Majuli is a celebration of Assam’s rich culinary heritage, born from the heart of the world’s largest river island - Majuli. Rooted deeply in tradition, we bring to you the most authentic Assamese cuisine, prepared with age-old recipes, time-honoured techniques, and raw materials sourced directly from the fields, forests, and rivers of Majuli.

Every dish is a journey into the cultural soul of Assam, fresh, flavourful, and filled with stories. From earthy bamboo shoot curries to delicate fish preparations and aromatic rice varieties, The Taste of Majuli honours the natural, unadulterated ingredients that define our identity.

"The Taste of Majuli was born from our deep love for healthy, home-cooked food , the kind that nourishes the body and comforts the soul. Growing up with traditional recipes passed down through generations, we experienced firsthand the warmth and wholesomeness that only a lovingly prepared meal can bring. Over time, we realized that in today's fast-paced world, many people are missing out on that experience. So we made it our mission to bridge that gap. Through The Taste of Majuli, we aim to bring the same authenticity, nutrition, and flavor of home-cooked Assamese meals to more tables - not just as food, but as a heartfelt experience. It’s more than a restaurant; it’s a way to share our roots, our culture, and our care with the world."
